Our Core Program
Structured into four distinct modules, our twelve-week curriculum offers participants a guided, comprehensive path to self-discovery, healing, and renewal. Infused into each of our unique treatment options, each module symbolizes a critical phase of recovery.
Module 1: New Beginnings
Wellness, Awareness & Clarity: Finding balance and setting intentions.
Overview: This module emphasizes clarity and direction through evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques. Clients explore the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building a foundation of safety and self-awareness. Journaling and visual arts invite participants to explore their evolving identities and set meaningful intentions for growth.
Module 2: Emotional Resilience
Relationships, Communication & Safety: Developing emotional intelligence and nurturing relationships.
Overview: With the warmth and growth of the South as inspiration, this module incorporates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and trauma-informed care to foster emotional regulation, interpersonal skills, and healthy boundaries. Music therapy and collaborative art projects deepen emotional connectivity and community, offering participants a creative outlet for expression and shared experiences.
Module 3: Deep Healing
Attachment, Expression & Healing: Addressing trauma and fostering self-compassion.
Overview: Guided by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), clients explore and integrate the protective and wounded parts of themselves, cultivating self-leadership and healing. Somatic therapies, including breathwork and mindful movement, facilitate the release of stored emotions and restore a sense of safety in the body. Experiential arts and storytelling provide transformative, non-verbal outlets for processing trauma, reclaiming personal narratives, and embracing post-traumatic growth.
Module 4: Sustained Growth
Spirituality, Legacy & Purpose: Building resilience and embracing long-term recovery.
Overview: This module highlights wisdom and renewal, integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and tailored aftercare planning to empower sustainable recovery. Reflective writing and celebratory art projects help participants honor their milestones and embrace ongoing transformation with purpose and resilience.
