Gretchen is a seasoned professional in the field of behavioral health, with over 15 years of experience in research and clinical practice. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Harvard University and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study (CAGS) in Expressive Arts from Lesley University.
As a registered arts therapist, Gretchen integrates psychodynamic theory with expressive arts therapy, offering a dynamic, holistic approach to mental health. She is passionate about empowering clients to overcome adversity and build resilience through creative, therapeutic methods. Whether working in group settings or one-on-one, she is dedicated to helping individuals find healing and growth through the integration of psychology and the arts.
