Stephanie Blick MS, CWP

Director of Operations

Stephanie Blick is a dedicated mental health professional and clinician with a decade of experience in the mental health and addictions field. She holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lipscomb University, with a concentration in Play Therapy. Her extensive experience spans various settings, including residential, outpatient, and private practice, as well as her role supervising the substance use program at the Tennessee Prison for Women.

Stephanie is a Certified Wellness Practitioner committed to fostering workplace wellness and team cohesion, recognizing that a well-supported and empowered staff is essential to providing clients with the highest level of care. As Director of Operations, Stephanie oversees daily operations, ensuring a seamless and supportive environment for both staff and clients. Stephanie’s deep understanding of the therapeutic process informs her leadership, allowing her to balance administrative responsibilities with the clinical needs of her team. She has a passion for program development and has crafted several innovative initiatives throughout her career, including the New Direction curriculum for Wayfinder.

Outside of work, she enjoys creative pursuits such as writing, singing, and music production, alongside outdoor activities like trail-running and paddleboarding, as well as spending time with her nephews.
